About Me

For over twenty years, working with people has been both my biggest challenge and my greatest joy.

During more than two decades in leadership roles across various fields, and fifteen years as the founder and CEO of a hospital, I created systems, managed teams, and made tough decisions. But through it all, what really mattered to me was not the plans or the processes.

It was always the people and the experiences we shared.

Employees carrying more than their job description. Patients navigating fear and vulnerability. Friends, collaborators, partners — and at the center of it all, my family. Twenty years of marriage, divorce, two remarkable children, a life lived across different cities and countries, often traveling, moving, always reinventing. That experience — messy, rich, and deeply human — lives in everything I do professionally.

It was also where I witnessed the most remarkable results: when people reconnected with their values, rediscovered their potential, and began to show up differently — at work, at home, in everything. That became the foundation of everything I do today.

Alongside my executive career I pursued the academic questions that practice kept raising. I completed my doctoral studies at the University of Monaco, where my research in Human Experience Architecture was awarded best thesis of its year. I am a certified professional NLP coach, member of the European Coaching Association (ECA) and the Serbian NLP and Coaching Association (ANLP) — and developer of the PLX 5D Experience Wheel™, a digital tool for measuring human experience across individuals and teams. I'm also a published author and Editor on academic journals (JPX, IJQHC), following the latest researches and best practices in human experiences. I'm certified as a Kaizen Yellow Belt, which means I have hands-on experience in making processes better, solving problems, and continuously improving how things work. I have founded and lead PLX Academy, an educational and consulting center for healthcare professionals, to improve their communication skills, efficiency and well-being.

Today I live in Athens.

I have rebuilt myself more than once in unfamiliar environments — and that gives me a particular sensitivity to transitions, to the courage it takes to start over, and to the resilience people discover in themselves when they are truly supported.

I believe we can become what we truly believe in. Not as a phrase — but as a lived truth I have witnessed again and again, in hospital corridors, in boardrooms, in coaching sessions, and in my own life.

That is what I am here for — to walk the way TOGETHER with YOU.
