My Offers

For Individuals

Every life has transition points — a goal you have wanted for years but never started, moving country, a marriage that ends, children who have grown and gone, a career that no longer fits, an industry AI is quietly rewriting underneath you, or the question that arrives with age: is the life you built still the one you want? Most people carry these alone for years. Here, you don't have to.

Personal Coaching — life, relationships and personal development. For direction, transitions, boundaries, confidence, and the questions that do not belong at work.

Professional Coaching — career growth and professional development. For promotions, transitions, moving from expert to leader, and decisions about staying or leaving.

For Companies

Which leadership capability problem is costing you most today?

Four in ten of today's skills change by 2030. Only one in five employees is engaged, and replacing one experienced manager costs up to two years of their salary. AI won't replace your people — it will expose which of them you never developed, and you will pay for that twice: once in performance, once in the ones who leave.

Executive Coaching — confidential work with a senior leader on the decisions in front of them, and on the person making them.

Team Coaching — for a group that needs to work as one rather than as several: alignment, trust, difficult conversations, accountability.

Training & Workshops — communication, leadership, feedback and emotional intelligence, patient experience. From 90-minute masterclasses to full-day programmes.

Consulting — experience diagnostics, culture and service design, and confidential advisory to the leadership team.

My Special Programs

The Human Algorithm Program™

Your best people were promoted for technical excellence, then asked to do something nobody trained them for: hold a difficult conversation, decide under pressure, keep a team together when everything is changing. Most fall back on personality and hope it works. A ten-module development programme aligned with the World Economic Forum’s 2030 skills framework, for managers and high-potential employees in any industry. Measured at the start and at the close, so leadership sees what changed rather than how the day felt.

For all industries — one framework serves every sector, from IT, finance and insurance to hospitality and professional services, while the examples, exercises and case studies are adapted to the room in front of me.

For healthcare — where this work began. I built it inside a clinical hospital, where communication under pressure is not a soft skill but the difference between a patient who trusts you and one who does not.

PLX 5D Experience Wheel

Technology in your organisation is developing faster than your leaders' capacity to lead people through it. I diagnose exactly where that gap sits, and develop the capability that closes it.

Most people can't say whether they're exhausted by their workload, their screens, the absence of meaning or fair compensation. You cannot fix what you cannot name. PLX 5D measures all five dimensions in ten minutes.

My own instrument for measuring work experience across five dimensions. Used in professional, executive, team and consulting work — and available on its own. Built from my doctoral research, it turns experience from something people describe in adjectives into something you can actually see and act on. A satisfaction score tells you something is wrong; the Wheel tells you where.

Why this Matters Right Now?

We live in an era of extraordinary pressure.

Artificial intelligence is reshaping every industry, every role, every workflow. The pace of change is relentless. And in the middle of all of it, there is a growing risk that we lose something essential — our human values, our authenticity, our capacity to truly connect.

I find that risk deeply important to address.

Technology can process information faster than any human. But it cannot replace empathy, ethical judgment, genuine presence, or the wisdom that comes from lived experience. The most valuable thing any person brings to their work — and to their life — is irreducibly human.

Personal development and professional development are not separate paths. They are the same journey. How you relate to yourself determines how you lead others. How you communicate in your closest relationships shapes how you communicate under pressure at work. The clarity you find in your personal life becomes the clarity you bring to your professional decisions. And that clarity — multiplied across a team, an organization, a system — is what creates sustainable success.

Coming from healthcare, the most sensitive of all human industries, I witnessed this truth at its most vivid. When people return to their values and develop their authentic potential, they don't just add value to their organization. They add meaning to their own lives.

That is the purpose I am committed to.
