My method draws on Japanese Kaizen — kai, change; zen, for the better — the philosophy of small, continuous improvement rather than dramatic reinvention. Alongside it: Lean thinking, systems thinking, decision science and responsible NLP tools.

Format
Sessions are 60 and 70 minutes, online, in Serbian or English.
Packages are paid in advance. Your commitment and continuity are the conditions under which this work succeeds. Packages are valid for six months, and sessions rescheduled more than 24 hours ahead are moved without charge.
Everything we discuss stays between us.
FOR COMPANIES
Executive Coaching — 6 sessions of 90 minutes over three months, or 12 over six months. Includes a PLX 5D profile at the start and close, and alignment conversations with the sponsor where the company is funding the work. Session content always remains confidential.
Team Coaching — programmes of 3 or 6 sessions of 2–3 hours, with PLX 5D team mapping so the group can see where it stands rather than debate it.
Training & Workshops — 90-minute master classes, 3-hour workshops, half-day and full-day programmes, adapted to your organisation and audience.
Consulting — experience diagnostics over 4–6 weeks, culture and service design, and advisory to the leadership team.
The Human Algorithm Program™ — 10 Modules for a cohort of your managers, measured at the start and at the close, with a written development plan for every participant.
Format
Company engagements are quoted individually, once we understand the scope, the number of people and the outcome you need. Every programme is built for your organisation rather than taken off a shelf, and the investment reflects that. Write to me and we will design the right format together.
